Squats & Tots is a postnatal fitness class in Yeovil designed for mums who want to move, feel stronger, and connect — all while keeping baby close by.

Designed with both of you in mind — bring your little one along while you focus on moving your body and feeling good, with no need for childcare.

After your session, head to the café on-site and enjoy a well-deserved coffee and cake with fellow mums. Because at Squats & Tots, it’s all about balance, connection, and community.

Squats and tots has been my go to exercise class since my 1st child was born 8 years ago. When I went back to work I missed it greatly and after having my 2nd child I did not hesitate to sign up again. Being outside with the baby is a great boost to my mental health and as she's grown up, she's grown up with the other babies (now almost school age) and it's lovely to see! The class itself is fun and centred around postnatal fitness, so all exercises are adaptable based on where you are in your postnatal recovery.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (with GP clearance).

​

Classes run weekly from Mudford Rec, Yeovil.

​

Come along for a trial session for just £6, or book a block of 5 sessions for £30.

(Please note: block bookings are intended for 5 consecutive weeks unless otherwise agreed.)
