REFUND POLICY

At The Lifestyle Method, our mission is to help women feel strong, supported, and empowered in every season of life. We work hard to ensure our services and digital products deliver real value — but we also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

Here’s how we handle refunds:

Digital Products (e.g. Challenges, Intro Packs, Guides)

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on downloadable items unless there has been a technical issue or failure to receive the product. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please get in touch within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.

 

Online Coaching & App-Based Services

All coaching packages and digital memberships (including The TLM Collective App when live) are non-refundable once the coaching or membership period has begun. However, we understand life happens! If you're unable to continue due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out — we may be able to pause or adjust your support.

 

In-Person Services (e.g. PT Sessions, Squats & Tots Classes)

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled within this time will be rescheduled where possible. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions without notice. Block bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable at Ellie’s discretion.

We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience with us. If something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
